Documents that were formerly posted to you are now provided here for you to download.

Please read the document 'Notes for Teachers'. The document 'What's My Role?' is designed to compliment this and contains some very useful information for you.

You will need to print off the appropriate 'Student Letter' for the centre that you are visiting. The 'Medical Form' is standard for all the centres and all school visits.  Please remember that Coven OEC became Laches Wood OEC from Easter 2006.

When we send out the 'Final Details' to you some time before your visit, we will include the data that needs to be filled in on the 'Income Return Form' that is here for you to print out. If you have any problems with these documents, please contact the centre that you will be attending for guidance.
