The Centre offers:

• A purpose built centre and ICT suite built within the Pirelli Stadium
• A full time teacher, a part-time teaching assistant and IT technician/learning mentor
• Up-to date technology and trained staff

Purpose

The purpose of the Burton Albion Study Support Centre is to raise standards in Literacy, Numeracy and ICT by building pupil confidence and self esteem. Using the environment and medium of sport as a motivational tool pupils are given the opportunity to attain, develop and refine skills enabling them to access and obtain greater knowledge and understanding across the whole curriculum.
