The Inclusion and Wellbeing Strategy represents a very important development in the realisation of our vision for Staffordshire Education. The Strategy is clearly based on the principle of inclusion and this is in line with the County Council's stated priorities. It is intended to help young people and to ensure that regardless of background or ability they are given the very best opportunities to succeed. The Strategy has profound implication for all areas of education including the curriculum, teaching and learning, school organisation and structures, funding mechanisms and school management.
