How do we set up Success Tracker in Education City?
A. Primary schools should be subscribed unless the headteacher specifically requested to opt out of the county-wide group purchase. To confirm your subscription and your login details contact the ICT team (anita.clifton@staffordshire.gov.uk) from your school email account. They will be able to provide your with your username, password and feature password if you are subscribed.
You need to set up Autologin for school use - details are available from SLT or SID. Please do not give children your login details.

A. The county-wide group purchase, if you took advantage of it, was a three year subscription. That subscription was paid during the summer of 2007. No further payment is required until that subscription expires in 2010.

A. A very useful feature of Education City is the 'Getting Started' button on the front page. This might help you gradually build on expertise with Education City.
Success Tracker can be set up by selecting 'Features' from the home page and then accessing the 'Pupil Setup' area of the resource. You will need your Features password to access this area. From here you can add your class and children's names. A quicker and easier option is to email your school name and Local Authority to EducationCity.com (sales@educationcity.com), attaching an Excel spreadsheet which details class names and pupil names.
