Clerking Agency
The Clerking Agency is available to all schools and provides an accredited clerk, trained to national standards, to attend three full Governing Body meetings each year. All clerks are supported by experienced staff with a detailed knowledge of legal, procedural and operational requirements.
2009/2010 academic year
The annual fee for the services of an Agency Clerk to clerk one meeting per term is £890 for 2009/2010.
Clerking for additional full governor committee or ad hoc meetings is also available as follows:
- £270 for 1 additional meeting
- £490 for 2 additional meetings
- £700 for 3 additional meetings
2010/2011 academic year
The annual fee for the services of an Agency Clerk to clerk one meeting per term will be £910 for 2010/2011.
Clerking for additional full governor committee or ad hoc meetings is also available as follows:
- £280 for 1 additional meeting
- £500 for 2 additional meetings
- £715 for 3 additional meetings
