Staffordshire Governor Network
Resulting from an Annual Forum workshop the Staffordshire Governor Network was launched in December 2005. Representatives of Governing Bodies from Tamworth, Cannock, Burton and the Moorland areas set up a pilot project to bring Chairs and Vice Chairs together on a regular basis. These have since been joined by the Newcastle and Stafford networks.
The Network's main aim is to identify and share Governing and increase self-help and self-evaluation. This link takes you to the individual pages of the current county networking sites
If you are part of an existing governor or school network - no matter how informal - or know of some noteworthy networking activity - sharing problems, joint visits, sharing resources etc., please let us know.
