- Reporting Incidents Help

This section of the site will help you resolve any common problems when completing the online forms used to report discriminatory incidents.

• I can't see the form.  I get an 'access denied' message.
• I need to upgrade my account.
• The Headteacher cannot remember how to upgrade an account.
• I have forgotten my password.
• I need to print the form.
• Any other problem.

Q. I can't see the form.  I get an 'access denied' message.

A. Have you logged in?

If you can still see the 'login' button across the top of the page, then you haven't logged in yet. Click on the 'login' button and enter your username and password.

If you have logged in (i.e. the 'login' button has been replaced by 'My Profile') then you may not have the access rights to see specific secure areas. See 'I need to upgrade my account'

Q. I need to upgrade my account.

A. To amend your access rights please contact your Headteacher who has the permissions on their user account to change the 'role' of other users within their school.  Please see the guidance instructions if you are a Headteacher.

Alternatively, contact the ICT Service Desk on 01889 256290 who pass your request onto the relevant personnel.

Q. The Headteacher cannot remember how to upgrade an account.

A. Please see the guidance instructions if you are a Headteacher or contact the ICT Service Desk on 01889 256290 who will provide instructions verbally.

Q. I have forgotten my password.

A. Your Headteacher has the permissions within their user account to change a password. Please see the guidance instructions if you are a Headteacher.  If your Headteacher is unavailable, please contact the ICT service Desk on 01889 256290.

Q. I need to print the form.

Unfortunately, this facility is not available at the moment.  However, the web team are currently working on enabling printing, so you will be able to print the forms in the near future.

In the meantime, if you wish to take a copy of the report you will need to copy and paste the information from each page, as you complete it online, into a word document and then print the document.

Q. I'm still having problems

Please do not submit a paper copy of the form - for reporting reasons it is a mandatory requirement that the form is completed online.
