This section of the site will help you resolve any common problems when completing the online forms used to report discriminatory incidents.

Q. I can't see the form.  I get an 'access denied' message.

A. Have you logged in?

If you can still see the 'login' button across the top of the page, then you haven't logged in yet. Click on the 'login' button and enter your username and password.

Login and My Profile Buttons

If you have logged in (i.e. the 'login' button has been replaced by 'My Profile') then you may not have the access rights to see specific secure areas. See 'I need to upgrade my account'

Q. I need to upgrade my account.

A. To amend your access rights please contact your Headteacher who has the permissions on their user account to change the 'role' of other users within their school.  Please see the guidance instructions if you are a Headteacher.

Alternatively, contact the ICT Service Desk on 01889 256290 who pass your request onto the relevant personnel.

Q. The Headteacher cannot remember how to upgrade an account.

A. Please see the guidance instructions if you are a Headteacher or contact the ICT Service Desk on 01889 256290 who will provide instructions verbally.

Q. I have forgotten my password.

A. Your Headteacher has the permissions within their user account to change a password. Please see the guidance instructions if you are a Headteacher.  If your Headteacher is unavailable, please contact the ICT service Desk on 01889 256290.

Q. I need to print the form.

When you have fully completed and submitted either the Discriminatory Incidents form or the Nil Returns form you will have the ability to Print or Save the form.

A Print button will appear on the confirmation screen and you will be able to follow the instructions to either print the form or save it for printing later.

To take advantage of this facility you will need to have the Adobe Reader software on your PC. This is available as a free download from get adobe.com/reader/

Q. I'm still having problems

A. If you're still unable to complete the form, please contact Christine Sharkey from the Ethnic Minority Achievement Unit:

Please do not submit a paper copy of the form - for reporting reasons it is a mandatory requirement that the form is completed online.
