County Council Stress Survey 2008
The purpose of the survey is to gain a detailed understanding of the stress risk factors for all staff working in the County Council and to identify any issues which have the potential to cause work related stress.
The results of the survey will be essential in giving managers and their teams information to enable them to work together to prevent stress at work.
About the Stress Survey 2008
The survey was launched on the 19th May 2008.
All county council staff are invited to take part to ensure the County Council gains a representative picture of the issues surrounding stress in the workplace.
The survey is confidential, individuals cannot be identified, and only group data will be produced.
The survey will not be used as an evaluation of work capabilities.
C&LL Staff (excluding school staff)
The online survey for C&LL staff is now closed.
School Staff
The online survey for all School Staff is now closed.
Staff with no access to the Intranet
Managers are asked to ensure that those staff members who do not have regular access to the Intranet are provided with Intranet access to complete the survey. Alternatively they may be provided with this hard copy of the
Stress Survey 2008. Once completed these can be sent to:

The large groups of staff who do not have email or intranet access will receive hardcopy versions of the survey in the post for completion.
The Survey Results
The results of the Organisational Stress Survey will be communicated to managers and employees in September 2008
