To continue the Authority's principle of full and open consultation we have established a number of forums as part of our Workforce Development strategy. The lists below contain contact details for the members of the following groups:
We would be delighted to hear from you and welcome your thoughts, comments, ideas and questions.
It is necessary to consult with all relevant parties on changes that may impact on current terms and conditions. This group is the formal consultation forum and comprises Senior Officers and representatives from the Professional Associations and Trade Unions.
The remit of the group is to:

Look at the implications of the Workforce Remodelling Agreement for staff.

Formally consult on resulting changes to existing terms and conditions of service to meet employment and education legislation.

Discuss the ways in which we can work together to provide a level of support and guidance to schools.
In addition to the local WAMG, an internal strategy group has been established to identify, co-ordinate and undertake the work that is required to ensure the development of the school workforce.
