Label Reports
Below are a set of label reports for students. They are various sizes based on the Avery A4 & A5 label templates.

The reports below will produce a set of labels for the students where mailing point is true.

Absent Parents Labels.
From time to time it is necessary to send out letters to parents who don't live with the student. Before you can run the reports below you will need to have identified on the contact record that they would require a pupil report or correspondence, this can be done by clicking the 'Pupil Report' or 'Correspondence' tick box.
NEW - Report based on 'Parental Responsibility' being true and 'Lives with Student' being false (Posted December 2012)
Capita have recently changed the reporting dictionary in SIMS .net making it easier to identify Absent Parents without having to tick 'Pupil Report' or 'Correspondence', the following report utilises this functionality.
Parent not living with pupils Label report L7162.RptDef (13KB) Labels Report
Parents not living with Students-Pupils.RptDef (5KB) This is the same report as above except it provides a list in Excel rather than a set of labels.
