CPD Policy
What should a policy for school CPD look like? Questions such as how long, how much detail and what should be included are all very relevant. It is accepted that different sizes and types of schools are likely to require different approaches but the basic struture is the same.
You can access an example CPD policy here, and although not definitive it does provide a framework that reflects good practice set out in a way that can easily be adapted to a range of circumstances.
