Booking Terms and Conditions for Central Development Activities
The Bookings Process - Bookings can be made online using the eBooking service or by telephoning QLS training. We will receive bookings up to 2 days before the course is due to take place but please remember the sooner we get bookings then the sooner we can confirm that the course will run.
Confirmation of Bookings - If you book on line your confirmation will be displayed on screen as you book. If you telephone or send a written request then you will receive a letter of confirmation. We will also normally send a course programme to applicants one week before the course is due to take place.
Variations to the Price - All prices quoted or listed by ET are based on the prices ruling at the time of the booking and provide an indication of the expected charge. Prices may be subject to amendment prior to the service being provided, to cover any increase in such prices or any increases in the cost of labour or the event being reduced in duration or number of persons attending.
Charges - QLS will normally charge activities in the following month. For Staffordshire schools these will automatically be made and appear on EJFU tabulations against the G reference number, a full supporting charging statement will be issued under separate cover. Other customers will receive an invoice.
Our cancellation policy - We appreciate that circumstances change, so please inform us if, after booking, subsequently you find you cannot attend. Course places are often limited and in high demand so this may allow someone else to attend. If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, you must advise the Customer Services at least 3 weeks days prior to the date of the booking to avoid any charges. Course Changes
- Whilst we endeavour to run courses as advertised on our website there may be occasions when circumstances beyond our control necessitate a change. We will always give schools as much notice as possible in this unlikely event.
